Returns & Exchanges
Once you have received your product(s) you have 30 days to submit an exchange or refund request and ship back the merchandise to us. Please contact us at email@example.com to begin this process. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your refunded item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund post. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 3 working days.
— Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you ordered the wrong size we can definitely exchange your item for a $15AUD exchange fee which covers the express post shipping of your preferred size replacement. You will need to send your unused item for exchange to the address below and include a note that details your order number and the size you are wanting to exchange it for. On approval of your exchanged item, we will have the size you want to be shipped to you sent via international standard post. It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
